• Coordinate and communicate to all activities between work involved parties (BANE NOR personnel, LSV, HSV, LFS, point engineer, certified signal expert and. etc.).
• Preparation of technical documentation (installation manuals, tools, materials, and consumables specifications) in a high standard.
• Daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Project Manager and/or Site Manager.
• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company Policies and Procedures as well as client requirements.
• Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedures.
• Support the HSE Manager and other colleagues in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audits.
• Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required according to contract regulations.
• Conduct HSE training and orientation to all new employees.
• Coordinate delivery of equipment/materials sets to the site and/ or team according to the schedule.
• Possibility to join other international projects (eg. Denmark)
• Transport costs to/from work and accommodation costs will be covered by the employer (individual cases will be discussed separately).
• Annual Salary:
• Role in Norway starts in 2021 spring, before that preparation phase in Lithuania.
• Experience in team or several teams leading.
• Experience in working on construction sites.
• Languages: Lithuanian C2 / English B2 /
• Good grips of MS package (Word, Excel);
• Time management skills.
• Communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Driving license.
• Availability to work abroad at least for 6 months period.
